Create an MSK cluster using the AWS Management Console and create a topic to organize messages. Send and view simple messages in the console. Locate the basic cluster monitoring information and practise interpreting it alongside the messaging activity.

How it fits

This is general messaging practice at console level. For 2.3.4, it shows what you provision and operate when you choose MSK; the ordering and replay properties that 2.3.4 weighs against other transports are not among its objectives.
